BASIC PACKAGE

The Basic Package is the first step into becoming a member of House Solutions.

When you join the House Solutions Basic Package, we provide you with the following:

House safety inspections

2 times/ week
Ιnspections take place during wintertime for the period October 15th – April 15th.

House basic functional activation

in preparation for your arrival

Tickets issue within the Greek territory

Local and direct representation on the island

Utility bills settlement

Telephone, Electricity, Water, Satellite TV etc.

Guarantee of water tank filling and cesspool evacuation

House listing in rental websites

Hotline 7 days/week

Alarm system direct connection to our offices

Transportation arrangements on arrival

Full time car rental or individual car hire transportation.

Support in concierge services with preferential rates
