House Solutions is a facilities management company aiming at providing our clients with quality services all year around. We offer complete solutions that cover all your property’s needs and endeavor to make your arrival on the island a perfect one.
How can I become a member of House Solutions?
You can become a member of House Solutions very easily. All you have to do is create an account on our website at www.housesolutions.gr
Once you are done, you will be informed with an email of your House Solutions username and password which you can change in case you wish to do so. You can now log in our website and choose the services you require.
What is the difference between Basic Package and Additional Services?
The Basic Package is the first step into becoming a member of House Solutions. Basic Package services are listed in detail in our website under the services section.
Additional Services includes a list of services where you have the ability to personally select the ones which best fit your property’s needs. Additional Services are open to Basic Package clients only.
They are rendered on an offer-acceptance basis. Once you choose the additional services you require, we will get back to you with an offer pending your confirmation and in cases it is required, with multiple offers covering various aspects of the service. You inform us on your decision and we take care of everything else.
How do I pay for the services?
For the time being, bank deposit and bank transfer are the only accepted methods of payment. You will be informed of the procedure following your request for purchase and notified once your payment has been cleared.
Payment for the Basic Package services is due within the first 7 days of purchase the first time, and following this, within the first 7 days of each month. Payment in advance of multiple Basic Package rents is also possible following an agreement with House Solutions.
Please keep in mind that you are expected to cover for the cost of payment for services such as utility bills, tickets reservations etc. within 7 days from the date we notify you of the charges.
Payment for the Additional Services is due within the first 7 days from your notification and acceptance of the offer for the services selected.
What if I need a service not mentioned on the website?
House Solutions wishes to offer its clients not only quality services and value for their money, but we also promise to go above and beyond what is expected from us. In case you believe there is something we can offer but it is not included in our Services Proposals, we are opened to new suggestions through our Contact Us form on our website.
Can I place a last minute order on a service?
We require a minimum 10 days period for the completion of the services ordered. In case you wish to place a last minute order, please call us at (0030) 695 777 8931 and we will try our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Can I cancel a service that I have already ordered?
Following your order and request for a service, there is a 7-day free-cancellation period, under the condition that the service has not already been executed.
